We can usually ship your order within one business day. USPS Ground Advantage has a transit time of 2-5 days. Priority Mail will get your order to you in 1-3 days in most locations across the U.S. For guaranteed service we also offer 2-Day and Next Day service.

We ship to many countries outside the continental U.S. If you do not see your country listed when checking out, please contact us using the form above with the details of your request and we will let you know what we can do.

You may return your leather piece only in new condition within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow ten business days for your refund to process once we receive it. We offer a 25 year warranty against all defects in materials and workmanship for all of our products - but our products are made and expected to last a lifetime. If it’s our fault that an item breaks because we didn’t put it together well or we used defective materials that didn’t hold up like they were supposed to, then we’ll fix it or replace it. Just contact us using the form above and we will take care of the problem. Note, normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty, so don't try to cash in if you've accidentally ruined one of our pieces in the trashing of a hotel room. Because you probably enjoyed that a little too much for it to be a real accident.
